Sample Six-Day Walking Camp Safari Tanzania itinerary

Day 1– Arrival

Arrive at Seronera Airstrip. Head to the Bush and Forest Flying Camps at Seronera. Arrive at camp for lunch. A short loop walk in the afternoon followed by sundowners. Overnight: Bush and Forest Flying Camps.

Day 2 – Full Day Game drive at Central

Enjoy a scenic game drive across vast, dry floodplains with wide open views of the Serengeti. Travel through changing landscapes of open savannah, scattered woodland, and small forest patches. Spot wildlife as you move through different habitats along the route. Pause at key viewpoints to take in the endless plains and natural beauty. Day 3 – Game Drive to Northern Serengeti (Wildebeest Migration)

Along the way, look for large herds of wildebeest and zebra as they move through the ecosystem, often accompanied by predators. Continue toward the northern Serengeti, where the migration is commonly concentrated around river areas and rich grazing grounds. Day 4 – Full Day in Northern Serengeti (Wildebeest Migration)

Spend a full day exploring the northern Serengeti on game drives in search of the wildebeest migration.
